Nope, it's not the "10 Commandments" written on stone. That's a misnomer. The "10 Commandments" most people know of are actually referred to in the Bible as the Asereth ha-Dibroth. "Dibroth" means statements or matters. It does NOT mean commandments.
These are the 10 Foundational commandments of Torah. They are included in the 613 commandments eternally binding upon the People of Israel. Though the 613 commandments are only binding upon the people of Israel, these 10 foundational commandments should also the logical foundations of anyone's faith, even though not each one of these 10 were commanded directly to the non-Israelite nations. Only the Laws of Noah are direct commandments to the non-Israelite nations.
